Animaator – Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Animaator is provided by Animaator OÜ (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@animaator.ee.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Animaator web app (including public gallery features), our storage and export services, and any premium subscriptions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You are responsible for account security and all activity under your credentials.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Premium plans are billed via Stripe. Starting a paid plan authorizes recurring charges until you cancel.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately; already-paid periods are not refunded unless required by law.
- Plan prices and features are shown in-app and may change; we will communicate material changes when feasible.
5. Content & acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, infringing material, or abusive/harassing content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
- Public gallery submissions may be reviewed and can be rejected or removed at our discretion.
- You retain rights to your creations; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them as needed to operate the service (and to show approved gallery items publicly).
6. Storage & data handling
Your animations, projects, and profile data are stored in Supabase (database and storage buckets). Public gallery items approved for publication may be visible to all users. Deleting your account may remove stored content; billing records may be retained as required by law.
7. Third-party services
- Authentication: Supabase Auth and optional Google Sign-In.
- Payments: Stripe.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (if enabled).
8. Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is”. We may modify features, pricing, or policies and will update this page when we do. Major changes will be communicated in the app or by email when feasible.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of the service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
